Focused on making Spotify's playlist sorting tool more accessible for organization, this redesign allows users to input their ideal song organization and prompt Spotify's UI to instantly put it in order.

Project Overview
The redesign allows users to select the "Sort" tool on their playlist page, which leads to a popup for users to input a description of the way they would like the playlist to be sorted. After submitting, Spotify will process the request and reorganize the playlist in only a few seconds.
Challenge
Spotify's current method of playlist organization requires users to manually drag each individual song across their list until satisfied with the order. We were initially challenged to find a way to use AI to make organization more efficient within the interface, although this service could also exist without the need for generative AI.
Results
The end result of the service empowers users to reorganize their playlists without the stress and time of moving each individual song, allowing playlists to become even more personalized in an even more efficient way.
